Decent job testing and describing. Fwiw the limjted shares the drivetrain with the gx (behind the engine and trans)

He gets some of the details wrong (the gx center diff isn’t’open’, it is a torsen, but still a good watch.

Thought it was a decent video as well. I wish he would have been more clear about the “default” state of each system. The real advantage is the Limited/GX powers all the wheels all the time where the other trims of the 4Runner only power the back two. Once you put the 4Runner in 4Hi or H4L for the Limited/GX, they are close enough to the same. I think it was a little disingenuous to not at least do one test where the 4R was just in 2Hi. We all know what would happen especially with both back wheels in the rollers but testing 4Hi vs H4F seems to gloss over the biggest strength for the full time 4WD system
