How to detach / unclip OEM trailer harness

Need a bit of help. I've exhausted the search function which comes up with plenty of how to's in extending the factory harness.

My question is how to detach or unclip the 2 OEM connectors which go to the OEM 7 pin connector? Before I get mad and get start yanking I am going to take a break and ask the experts. Pic attached on the 2 connectors and connector mount. Thanks!!

-Depress the tab on the right hand side connectors for both.

-Might help to push the connector IN to help lessen the tension and then pull back.

-Repeat for the other

-If you're trying to undo the left side connectors from the mount, there should be a tab securing it into the plastic base which usually requires a small flathead or small point awl to release the tab securing them in.

Good luck!

Thanks! I found a how to on eTrailer. Basically one you have to pry up and the other is a tab. I have done a ton of mods over the years but disconnecting these two had me cursing.
