2000 mile road trip to start my 4Runner ownership

Hi all,

Purchased a 4Runner from a dealership in Minot, Nd. I live in San Diego. Time for a road trip.

Flew up on Wednesday, May 24th. The salesperson picked me up from the airport and after finishing up the paperwork and chatting, I was on my way.

Went through 8 states and 2 National Parks. Great trip. 4Runner had no issues. Here's some pictures.

Theodore Roosevelt National Park- Medora, ND- well worth visiting if you are in the area. Great wildlife viewing. No crowds. Medora is a neat, little town.

Theodore Roosevelt's Ranch and re-located cabin:

Lots of Bison

Nice! I bought my Jeep that way. Bought from a dealer in ID and then drove home to San Diego by going West through Oregon and then taking the coastal route home. I hoped to go through CO but winter was already in full force. My 4Runner was bought locally unfortunately.
