Oil Leak-How Worried Should I Be?

2011 Limited. I have a couple of oil leaks that come from the part between the head and valve cover-not sure the name. First pic is rear passenger side. Second is front driver side of engine. How worried should I be?

looks like valve cover gaskets need to be replaced. valve covers only leak (I believe) when the engine is on and when oil is moving around so you likely won't notice any drips. I had the dealer do mine with the spark plug gaskets and cam shaft seals as well. might as well do them all at the same time

in terms of worried - it doesn't look like you've lost enough oil to be causing engine damage. but still fix it

Have you cleaned it in 12 years?
I get a very small amount that collects there on the driver’s side. I clean every couple of years. It might look like yours if I never cleaned it.

I don't think it's ever been cleaned. I will wash it off and monitor.

Valve cover is actually above the leak. This is cam tower from what I have read. Not an easy fix.
