Trail suspension questions

Hey all, I picked up a 2010 Trail with 111k miles recently. Although I haven't put many miles on it, it seemed to me to not be very sure-footed driving around compared to my 3rd gen. So moved the driver side up and down in the rear and it seemed a bit bouncy. Passenger side bouncy also but not as much as driver side. It has KDSS. Front of the truck doesn't really budge trying to move it around. Is this normal for KDSS? Or are my rear shocks blown, or is something broken? Truck is all stock. Also no leaks visible from shocks. Thank you in advance!

Honestly if it still has the factory shocks and struts on it, they're probably just pretty tired out after 111k miles. I generally thought shock/strut life is considered to be maybe 100K miles max (and it seems like some people will change them out by 60 to 80K).

set of bilstein 5100's will give it a bit more sportier/planted ride.

What part of AZ are you in? I'm in AJ and work at a shop. I can take a look at it for you. Also join the Arizona 4runner Outsiders FB group.

Thank you. Was thinking of going w/those and maybe with .85 or 1.75 setting on the front... I might as well get rid of the extreme rake so long as it doesn't affect KDSS.

Thank you for offering to help. I am in the Prescott area. Appreciate the info on that group - I'm not on FB much anymore, but probably would be worth looking up!
