Coming form basic med duty ARB OME springs and shocks, its decent. I know you will encounter many reviews online how BP-51 are like night and day coming from stock or basic suspension setup but to be honest......its decent that's about it.
Now I did not get the chance to make adjustments cus I simply didn't need to. For what I was doing, highway driving, dirt and gravel roads. I can't tell you in details the full spectrum of what this set up really offers.

There was a quite amount of front rake after I installed ALUMINUM winch bumper and 10K Winch, which was expected but not as much. I still didn't get the pre-load adjusted because of time and money. After spending so much just on suspension its heavy burden on my pockets! Roughly another $600-700 need it to be dished out just for the adjustment and another alignment. So that sucks.

I think it's important that you get the preload adjusted when you first initially get it installed, if you are planning to add equipment or extra weight.

As a disclaimer, I don't have enough experience with other suspension companies like ICON or Fox to really offer comparison or to justify my experience with BP-51 just being decent. IMO

I upgraded my xreas to Bilstien 4600 and FJ springs several years ago and was impressed with the change, firmer ride and felt more stable, but a little harsh on normal road irregularities. Just recently I upgraded again to Dobinson IMS still with the FJ springs, hoping for a better ride, primarily with the road irregularities, but like you, I'd say they are "decent" not a BIG change, but some. Probably wouldn't do it again based on results.
