Most of these services aren't required to be done now, especially all at once and some of them aren't needed at all.

1. Sure, it's nice to change your coolant but if you have proper heat and you're vehicle isn't overheating, you can put it off for now.
2. $400 seems like a high price. Maybe call a few independent shops for pricing, but again, this isn't something that needs to be done asap.
3. I do this annually on my 4Runner because of hard off road use. It takes me roughly 3quarts of synthetic gear oil and 15 minutes if I drag it out. I do front and rear plus transfer case fluid at the same time. It costs be less than $100 for all 3 and takes maybe 30 minutes.
4. This is a diy job as well, but if you aren't comfortable doing it, it's another job that isn't required right now.
5. Go buy a can of Techron or seafoam and put it in your fuel tank. Save your $$.
6. Visually inspect it with a flashlight from above. Look for small cracks in the belt (with the engine off, of course). If you find cracks, it can be done at home or call around and get quotes from independent shops.
7. This one's almost silly. Don't worry about it. Top off your levels if they are low and drive.

I hope this was helpful.
