I've been using that style for at least the last 20 years with no failures on numerous vehicles..
You've pictured knockoffs.
The real USA made have black knobs with an American flag in it and are made in Illinois by GAMA Electronics
They will easily handle continuous cranking amperage.
Alternatively, just make some longer battery cables out of welding lead and tinned copper lugs. You could then bump up the wire gauge if desired. West Marine carries those or Harbor Freight has the non tinned copper ones.
BTW, $260 for that linked set is nuts
You could cut up a buss bar from an electrical panel and drill some holes and end up with real silvered copper instead of aluminum, poor choice to mix metals in that application anyway.
And in their instructional video, they tell to disconnect the pos post first, a no no.
