Question 2021 4Runner Brake mystery

Hello everyone, took my 4R to dealer for oil change today and got this report. How does one brake last only 23k?
Appreciate any thoughts on this.

Not sure if the E Brake is on that side, but if so, it could be dragging. Check to see if your E Brake is partially on.

Get a second set of eyes on it, dealers have exaggerated wear to me to drum up business before.

The e-brake is separate from the regular brake pads, they are shoes inside the hat of the rotor.

Probably a seized caliper, not uncommon.
