Upper Door Panel Repar?

Any one have a solution for repairing/replacing the upper padded trim at the top of the door panel next to the window? Mine has a bit of wear from resting my arm on it, almost looks like it melts in to my long sleeve shirts sometimes can feel sticky. I don't really want to replace the whole door panel if I don't have to but it doesn't look like there are many options.
