Rock light and convenience light wiring diagram help

I got ahold of 4 rock lights and wanted them to serve a dual purpose; rock lights and convenience lights that turn on when the dome lights would turn on.

I have an auxbeam switch panel and wanted to get a gut check on my wiring diagram/assumptions before I start cutting up wires. The idea would be to run this off two of the switch on my panel:
  1. Switch one would power on the lights when turning the switch on
  2. Switch two would be wired in series with a relay to the dome lights circuit. This way both the switch on the panel would need to be on and the dome lights activated in order for the lights to turn on. I don’t need them all the time, and would toggle them on when desired.

Here is my wiring diagram that I think work, see the attachment.

My assumptions would be;
  1. No reason other than user error both conditions would be on
  2. I assume auxbeam relay can handle an off switch receiving power; for example, with switch 5 turned on with the dome lights active, the wires going to switch 4 would be receiving power too

So what am I not seeing in this? Do you think it would work?

Thanks!

It's my understanding that some 4Runner dome circuits have an always hot positive with a trigger negative, and some have the opposite. Mine is the triggering negative and I've had issues getting it to work properly, I've ended up putting the project on the back burner for a few months.

I purchased the DSIM kit myself over a year ago. They were more than helpful but i still have NOT installed lol. At the time, i had talked to several others who owned the kit and they had no issues.
