Anyone running Goodyear Duratrac 295/70/17 tires?

After researching on different brands and specs to get larger tires (going from 285/70/17 to 295) I noticed Duratrac weighs lot lighter than most tires? If someone could confirm. Also overall experience with this particular duratrac size.

Tiresize.com shows Duratrac 295/70/17 weighs in at 60lbs? while my BF Goodrich 285/70/17 at 57lbs.

I've never personally ran duratracs but I've seen a lot of people complain about the sidewalls and how they're prone to punctures. However, they are a nice hybrid-ish tire that is 3 peak snow rated. They will cup pretty badly because of they're more aggressive than a typical AT tire. One of my favorite tires that are usually lighter than most is the Cooper AT3 XLT.

I've been running that size for the last 2 years. Very happy with them. I also ran the 315 size on my old 2002 4Runner for several years, with no issues.

What mods you had to do to fit those? I am considering BMC and high clearance front bumper. will that suffice?

Currently I have OME BP-51 plus winch and bumper. It has small rake due to adding the bumper.

You will probably still need to pound/cut/trim behind the front tires.
