2021 4Runner ORP USB media port is going out

The main USB media port that sits next to the cigarette is loose and is starting to not connect. I need this, as I drive all over for my business and use navigation daily. The problem is, I can't find the OEM replacement anywhere. Everywhere I search just pulls up a dual USB replacement for the cigarette lighter.

I thought about going with a wireless dongle and wireless charger but I still need the USB media port to work. I really just want to replace it. Any help finding one is appreciated...

have you tried calling a toyota parts department? partsouq is another resource. I would put in your VIN and search under

RADIO RECEIVER & AMPLIFIER & CONDENSER parts

I was able to find the part number for both the AUX and USB for my vehicle (2012). see if you can put your VIN in ad get back to the same page for your MY

Just a moment...

Do you constantly plug/unplug a device into this port? If so, I suggest getting a short USB extension cable and leave that plugged in to the port and connect your device to the other end. Better to wear our a $9 cable than this port again.

I agree but no, I never remove it but my 4runner is CPO and I've only owned it a few months so it clearly has wear from the previous owner. Just looking for an OEM replacement but can't seem to find it.

If you’re not still within the 3/36 basic warranty, try asking your local service manager if Toyota will make an exception and replace the port under warranty. It’s not uncommon for manufacturers to work with dealers and make exceptions.
