Wheels - Raceline or Black Rhino
I'm looking at 18" wheels to replace the 20" on my 2019 Limited.
I've narrowed it down to Raceline Addict or Black Rhino Rapid wheels.
The one thing that is giving me pause about the Black Rhino wheels is that the center bore is oversize and they use adapter rings to achieve the proper fit. Does anyone have any experience with Black Rhino? Do the adapter rings cause any issues?

I put some American Racing wheels on my '07 Matrix and they used adapter rings and they caused no issues. I put almost 200K on them.

Putting 18" wheels on a Limited model is going to take all the "mail crawler appeal" out of your Limited.

Exactly. And the Wrangler DuraTrac RTs will complete the transformation.
It should have a nice high-tech redneck vibe.

I've got Black Rhino Stadium wheels in a 18x9.5 -18, I bought some rings but don't use them. I did have vibrations on my at first set of tires, as soon as I upgraded tires, it doesn't vibrate anymore. Leading me to believe my first set of tires was defective.

So the lug nuts carry all the weight?

That is a possibility. I'm thinking the rings was for centering the wheel. They're plastic rings, wouldn't they crush under the weight of the truck?
iirc, I read on here our trucks are also lug centric. You should be fine either way you run it.-

I had plastic rings on a previous vehicle and they broke into pieces when removing and installing the wheels. Switched to aluminum rings with no problems.
Hubcentric is the way to go.

Coming up on 13,000 miles, and I couldn't be happier with the wheels and tires.
We just had our first major snow, almost a foot on the ground and some of the roads have barely been touched. The 4Runner handled great.

Sounds like you picked the right wheels! Do you mind sharing info for those 18" wheels? Specifically width, offset, and weight? Also, if do not mind, how much you paid for them?

Black Rhino part# 1890RPD126140M12A
9 inches wide.
According to the Black Rhino website they weigh 26 pounds. They also flow formed, which means more of the weight is in the center and less at the outer circumference compared to traditionally formed wheels, so less rotational momentum.
The load rating is 2,450 pounds.
The offset is 12 mm (5.47" backspace), so they don't require any spacers. They do recommend (require?) centric rings. My dealer did not charge me for those.
Here is a link with all of the above information.
RAPID | Black Rhino
Wheels were $315 each plus $45 for the keyed lug nut kit and tires were $322 each. I got a set of 5 so my spare would match and I'm doing a 5 tire rotation.
My tire shop does free alignment and lifetime rotation.
At the time, the $3,888 dollars (including tax) seemed like a lot, but they were worth every penny.

One other thing I forgot to mention is that the taller sidewalls definitely make it ride smoother. One of my motivations for switching wheel size was that the ultra low profile tires made every little bump feel like it was shaking the car apart.

Thank you again for response!!
Just as an FYI, I have 2013 Trail with stock 17 inch wheels and was thinking about going to 18" with the idea of getting 33 inch tire without increasing width of the tire (not to increase rolling resistance) and keeping the wheel\tire weight almost the same, tire size would be: 265/70R18
Considering my budget, here the wheel I am tentatively will be going with:
Mamba M25- 18 X9 6-139.70, 0- offset, hub bore 106.1, weight: 28.73 LBS
Discount Tire has them for $243.00
