Best Way to Black Out Chrome

I have a 2019 Limited and want to black out the chrome strips at the corners of the front bumper and at the top of the rocker panels.

What's the best way - yinyl wrap, PlastiDip or other?

No experience with wraps but I used to use PlastiDip on my Tacoma bumpers. I would avoid doing that if you want it to look nice over time. PlastiDip once it starts to "chip" just comes off. Any little scrape and you might as well pull it off and redo it again. A wrap or paint would be best IMO. Or replace the bumper

Amazon has some chrome covers for the front bumper. For the side, I use a strip of vinyl wrap. I have since converted my front bumper to an SR5. I still have the vinyl strips on the skirts

I just bought a set of pre-cut vinyl for my '15 Limited today. Somehow in my ~3 years of searching I hadn't found the company yet but it was cheap enough to take a flier. Should be here this weekend and their install videos make it look pretty painless so with any luck I'll have a review in a couple days.

Got around to doing the vinyl on Saturday. There's definitely a learning curve to it. Happy with it for the time and cost (~$130) but will probably re-do some of the pieces now that I've got a better feel for the process. Luckily the pre-cut pieces left a lot of scrap material so that new pieces can be cut, for instance instead of getting the kit for the back bumper insert I just cut a piece from the scrap and used it. Looks great from ~20ft. Will be happier after I re-do two of the window strips and re-work some of the lower side stuff.
