HVAC question: rough start
I have a 2017 TRDP with 51k miles. Over the last few months I have noticed that after the truck sits for a few days I go to start it (starts fine) and regardless of whether I let the truck warm up or not, I turn on the fans (does it with just outside air and with the AC) it has a real clunky/rough start.
Any idea what this could be/anybody experience the same thing?

Any fan/blower noise issues I remember reading here involved the blower motor and / or attached squirrel cage. The motor can fail or make noise and the cage can get full of debris from critters or just outside dirt, leaves, etc. over time. You might be able to partially check things out by removing the cabin air filter in the back of the glove box. You'll have to remove the glove box to get a good look.

I can feel this in the front/motor area as well, I don’t know if that helps at all. After the initial start up, if I drive somewhere park and get out, when I come back and start the truck up then turn the HVAC on I don’t feel anything/feels fine

This is after the car is started? And when you turn on the HVAC fan it makes the noise? Only thing under the hood would be the AC compressor but if it does it without the AC being turned on that likely is not your culprit. Seems like a blower motor issue. Not hard to access at all. I have pictures of the glovebox removal process to gain access to that area.

This is after initial start up when it’s been sitting for a few days. And the HVAC is OFF when starting. Once it’s running and the HVAC is turned ON (AC or non-AC) I feel this weird clunking, it’s almost audible I feel like.

Check the bearings in the compressor and any idler pulleys. A clunk is often a bad bearing. With the belt off, all pulleys and the compressor should run smoothly with no wobble.
