'18 4Runner rear window weather strip deteriorating

Went to open the rear hatch today and saw what I thought was a piece of debris in the channel of the weather strip at the base of the window. Turned out to be a piece of the weather strip itself. Gave it a pull and half the weather strip peeled right off with almost no effort. My 4R is parked outside 24x7 in Florida, so I'm sure the elements played a factor, but that seems like a really short period of time for the weatherstripping to deteriorate like that.

Anyway, what the best/fastest source for these?

Thanks.

Go to the dealer and get one. That's what I did.

Amazon has them for less than $40 and free shipping. Super easy to replace. Just did mine two days ago.
