Anyone replace the back hatch/spoiler gasket?

I'm wanting to replace the gasket for the rear spoiler/back hatch at top. I can see mine is pretty dried out and consequently allows water to drip through on to back window. Not a big deal except I like to camp in the back and can crack the back window a few inches and use the spoiler to keep water from coming in. It acts as a mini awning.

I found the parts diagram but there's three pieces so I'm wondering if it's actually three pieces of if I only need one. See screen shot below.

Looks like four. But for only $9 each, I don't think you are going to go broke.

the gasket goes around the entire spoiler. I think that $9 part is just the corner piece. it looks like it comes in a few pieces. I replaced my rear wiper motor 2 weeks ago and replaced a portion of the gasket that was basically dried out and flattened around the corners. the rest was fine.

I don't think that gasket or spoiler mounting is well designed by toyota. there are multiple reports saying that spoiler will rub through the gasket, the paint and then scratch to bare metal. mine had done that in a couple small spots at the corners (2012 with ~170k miles for reference). I cleaned the bare spots, used touch up paint, cleaned the spoiler and replaced the gasket with some standard neoprene rubber foam tape where the gasket was worn - which is basically that that gasket is. 1/16" thick. then some fluid film over the spots that were likely to rub and hopefully repel moisture for another 12 years until I need to take it off again

normal driving and opening/closing the liftgate will make that spoiler rub from vibrations. even putting it on securely and tightening the 4 mounting bolts, it still has some very slight play where dirt/sand get get between the spoiler and paint and scratch
