Is my 2024 4Runner TRD Pro lifted? + couple other questions

Hello,
I recently bought my first ever Toyota: a 2024 4Runner TRD Pro in the color Terra. I bought it used with 12k miles from a chevy dealership. On paper, the vehicle appeared to be stock, but in another forum someone asked me a question regarding if it was lifted or not because they thought it looked so which is why I am here.

I took some measurements from the middle of the hub cap to the bottom of the fender and these were my results:
Front Driver: 21"
Passenger Driver" 21"
Back Driver: 23"
Back Passenger: 22.5"

Is this lifted?

Is the inconsistent numbers something to be worried about at all? Because when I was driving today my steering wheel would shake around 60 mph. Could this be causing the shake? My psi on the driver side is 34 and the psi on the passenger side is 33 at cold, but equally 37 psi after being on the road.

I'm just so worried that i bought a vehicle that was abused for 12k miles and then traded in to a dealership that doesnt specialize in this brand. But it's also my first ever time buying a car from a dealership- so what do i know.

Honestly, all help and advice is appreciated. I took some photos of the front suspension which will be attached. Idk if i took photos of the correct thing, but just let me know and i'll fix it.

Thank you

numbers seem right its stock TRD fox shocks. The pro is "lifted" an inch or so compared to stock shocks/springs. As for the shake there are a few threads and people complain about it, would try balancing tires first and work from there. The abuse any damages you can see? Its a 4runner they're met to be taken off road and will take the abuse and last 300k miles plus. Good purchase and have fun with it!

That is straight from the factory. Also, only year 5th Gen 4runner that is painted in Terra, so very limited. Congrats and enjoy it!!
