Where would be the best place for this USB rocker switch?

I received this rocker switch for free and figured I would put it in my baseline 2016 SR5, since it looks a little fancier than factory and has USB type C. Where do you guys think would be the best place to add it? All my rocker slots are pretty much free since I just have an SR5. Should I replace the one next to the cigarette lighter since I never use Aux? And my second question is, what do I attach the two positive and negative cables to in order to power it? Ive watched several youtube videos and it looks like everyone is having to run the black to a ground screw and then cutting the positive and splicing it into a new fuse connector that they're adding.

Thanks for any help!

couple points to consider

- I would put it to the left of the steering wheel where all the switch blanks are. should just pop in

- you can wire a couple different ways. black to ground screw or black to battery - won't make a difference if your ground is good, but I generally prefer battery. you can run positive to battery and have power all the time. or you can run positive to somewhere that gets 12v when ignition is on. There is a spot in the interior fuse panel that has a blank spot. should be 4 or 5 down on the right hand side (easy to test with multi metre). when IGN is on, that has 12v. you can cut the 10A fuse out of the positive wire from the switch and then use a micro blade fuse with a 10A mini fuse and wire your positive from the plug to that tap

- I would avoid splicing any factory wiring. you can, but I don't think you need to here
