Did I put this drive belt on correctly?

This is the first time I've ever done any of my own maintenance on my 5th gen. I replaced the drive belt with a Bando 2150. It was a real struggle but looks like I have everything on correctly and lined up. I turned my car on and it looks like it's okay, but I noticed that I guess what is the AC Compressor stops moving every few seconds or so, even though the belt is running fine under it. Is it supposed to do that? I'm not turning on the AC or doing anything, it just randomly stops spinning. It then starts up again after a little while. You can see what I mean at the 0:03 mark in this video.

Normal. The compressor has a clutch that engages the compressor to the pulley. Even though you have not selected A/C, the car will run the compressor for other reasons.

Either of the last two selections of the climate control knob (the two that blow on the windshield) will cause the AC compressor to cycle on and off.
