Thanks for the sheet. Very helpful.

Am I reading it right that the Torsen center diff is only in the full time ltd 4x4? Now we know where they saved some big money.

Front headroom listed as .4 inches less than 4th gen (though .3 more with moonroof). Didn't see that one coming.

The angle of the 5th gen windshield suggests more total volume up front but I sure didn't expect a decrease in the listed spec.

Saw that too, must be because the seats are higher to allow for a more comfortable seating position. It is too bad you cannot get the TE without the moonroof to gain back some of the headroom. At least the cargo volume is a little bigger and that is with the sliding floor, wasent expecting that.

Angry Good info... but

The sheet is great, but it shows what is lacking in this new model.
As a Canadian, we need more features to better deal with visibility and the cold.

LED/HID lights
head light washers (come on....!!)
Heated steering wheel, front + rear seats as STD or avail for all models
Heating element at base of windshield like on Subaru's
No Gangsta 20" rims on ANY model (what were they thinking...???)
Auto-Folding rear view mirrors so they don't get scratched in tight places
No money wasted with one touch door lock feature or open/close buttons on the rear hatch
Why a black interior as std?
CDN pricing that isn't $$$$ higher than the US prices

Other than that it is a good upgrade. I still love my 05. Maybe when these new ones come off lease in 2013.

The features you've listed I don't even think are offered on the GX. I would say wait for the 6th gen or maybe even 7th. Toyota models have just started to get smart key and I think only the Highlander Hybrid has VDIM (the more advance version of VSC). The only Toyota close to getting Lexus like features is the Prius V (laser cruise, intuitive parking assist, lane keep assist, LED headlights, etc.). It'll take some time for the Lexus goodies to trickle down to Toyota.

I agree though, Canadian models have fewer options and choices than the US models.
