Lift is finito!
Bilstein 5100s all around (2.5" up front), toyec superflex (2") in the rear. 35% tint up front, and 18% in the rears. I had some concerns about the superflex being too high since after the bilstein install, the front sat 1" higher than the rear. So, I really only needed a 1" lift in the rear to be level.
I gotta say, I love, love, love the look at the 2" lift in the rear. Had I went with a 1" lift in the rear (spacers or eibachs), I would have disliked it, wasted my money, and re-do the rear to go 2" up.
My replica TRD Pro Sema rims arrived (17x8, +5 et, 5" bs) and I picked up the 285/70/17 duratracs, but those are for summer. This is currently my winter getup (rocking 265/70/17 blizzacks).
Wish list going forward:
1) Personally, I would love a more aggressive wheel/tire set up for the winter, but thinner is better in the snow. Maybe I'll get spacers or something.
2) Tyger steps -they don't sell them in Canada so maybe those TRD side steps. These running boards are really blah.

Nice ride! I picked up a new SR5 Premium a few months ago and have been researching and wringing my hands over lift, tires, and wheels. I have also been eyeing the 17x8 SEMA replicas. I'm sure some would not recommend but it is likely most all wheels come form a few China factories. They are hub centric, use the stock lug nuts, and one seller does offer a lifetime warranty as well. 8 inch wheels seem to make sense, there is just something about the FN dish and flat center cap that doesn't appeal to me. I was curious what you thought about the quality now that you received them? I also noticed you mentioned 5" backspace....I thought these would be 4.696....width/2 + .5 +5mm offset (.696). Am I missing something?

After using this forum for so long, doing research on a lot of things I've decided to finally make my account. The journey started September 4th of 2017. A 2016 4runner sr5 with 35k. Enjoy the pics... If I can figure out how to size them down..

I just responded to your message but will reply here in case others have the same question.
The replica rims that I bought are made from a manufacturer named Fast Wheels or Fast Rims? One of the two. So, their specs are a little different from the FN Wheels.
I tried to organize a local group buy for the FN Wheels and I had lots of people on board to buy 16 rims, but, suddenly, people started dropping off like flies. I inquired with one guy and he told me about the Fast rims being sold by a local dealer.
Instead of $1150 for the FN wheels, the Fast rims came in at $735 incl. tax. So, it was sort of hard to argue local (i.e. I get them right away), 0.5" more BS, and $415 cheaper.
The odd thing, however, is that I cannot find the TRD Pro SEMA replicas rims online from Fast rims/wheels (R213) anywhere at all.
Edit: The rims were published in the dealerships parts magazine. So, very official and it seems like a long-term product if it's in their printed + glossed parts magazine.

Oh would you look at that. I found them. I guess the manufacturer isn't Fast -it's REPLIKA.
R213 - Replika Wheels - Wheels / Mags - PMCtire Canada
The FN Wheels TRD Pro rims have a center bore of 106.2 whereas the Replika rims have a center bore of 106.1.
I think the center bore is exactly 106mm and the bore on the replika rim is 1mm larger so it sounds like I'll need tapered rims (lug-centric rims). The same goes for the FN Wheels (they aren't exactly hub centric but rather lug centric where you need tapered rims).

Neat, they're sold by a lot of places including 1010 tires.
