So I purchased 2015 inferno pro back in Dec of 2014 and traded for 2017 trd pro tundra 2 years later...regretted it so I bought another. Mods coming soon. so far only mods are magnaflow exhaust, T10 head unit, 5% tint, rhino rack, SPC UCAs and black TRD shifter. 3inch lift ordered. going with new trd wheels in gloss black and 295/70/17 Ridge Grapplers.
Went from Gallup, NM to Chaco Canyon, NHS, last week.. Had to go through 4-5 mud holes in 4WD due to early monsoons. Pics will follow (Three-week trip through the SW). Ran into a stuck jeep but, alas, I had pulled my snatch strap out and put it in the garage at the last minute before we left.
Is that Baldwin lake in the background? Were you near Lucky Baldwin mine where this pic was taken?
Lol, yeah. Pic was taken to the closed entrance of the mine (which is above in the below pic and blocked off access road is to the right of the 4runner out of view in the pic). I didn't find any gold man.....

Here is a pic with my great, old ‘71 Blazer in 1978 at the mine. I was back there in 2002 with my 2001 4Runner, but have not been back. I started in Holcomb valley both times.
Here is a comparison of your recent pic and my 1978 trip.

your blazer is a beast!!! Yeah i started by Hanna flats and just explored the area until i ended up on gold mountain.
My dumb ass tried to take a trail down that mountain that doesnt exist anymore due to a mud/rock slide and had to reverse 100 yards..the overgrowth should have hinted to me not to go down that trail...oops ..pinstripe galore ..good times lol

I need to get back up there and explore again. Gray doesn’t show the pin stripes as much as black. If that matters.
Totaled my '21 TRD Off Road. Every bit of 70mph and hit probably a 90 pound doe head-on with no reaction time while traveling southbound on I-77 in WV. The 4Runner took it like an absolute tank. Was on a divided highway portion of I-77 with a heavily wooded median that went right up to the guard rail and maybe 3 feet of shoulder between rail and left lane. Deer hopped over the guard rail and planted its hooves with just enough time to look up and see the heritage grille. If you look closely, the deer's liver is stuck to the radiator. All bags deployed. Three kids in car seats in the back were absolutely spotless, I had some minor seatbelt cuts on my shoulder and bag rash on my lower legs and my wife suffered a fractured thumb. The airbags deployed with enough impact to rip all of my keys off the 4runner key ring - I actually thought I had removed them until the emergency/collision response detected the crash and called us and noticed the entire key ring was stretched out enough that the keychain separated from the ignition key.
After 3 weeks and lucky timing with allocation, I just bought a new '22 TRD ORP Plus in naut blue with the sunroof, MTM, and Softex seats (which are amazing even in the high heat/humidity of NC). This time around cost about $9k more than the original purchase of the '21 TRD OR, but it is what it is with the market right now...
Best part is the wife is so impressed with the tank-ness of Toyota SUVs that she wants to upgrade to the new Sequoia within a couple of years.
