VIN # Question?

Looking to purchase a 4R curious if there is a meaning full difference between 2 4R's:

JTEKU5JR1R

JTEKU5JR5R

Basically what is the difference, if any, between "1R" & "5R"

Both of these are the same exact model/trim with the same exact options.

From what I'm reading, the 9th digit (1 & 5 in your examples) is just a check digit. R being the model year (1994 or 2024).
