Hi Eric,
I don't use Trails Offroad for info but you could try keyword searches on their site. I am generally looking for the lesser known mining sites or town sites. One great resource is the free PDFs of old USGS topo maps at the USGS store.
Example: Here is a link to download a free high resolution PDF of a 1986 topo 7.5' map of the west side of Panamint Valley.
