Steering Feel

I have a new limited I purchased back in late December. I read a posting awhile back about vibrations in the steering wheel and I think it must have triggered something in me to start looking for that in my limited. I'm feeling something in the steering wheel, but I'm not sure if it's just normal road noise or if it's truly a vibration that I should be concerned with. I did take it into the dealer and they did balance two tires, but it seems to be the same.

So, my question is what feelings do you have in the steering wheel when moving? Do you feel the road noise or any type of vibration or anything or does the steering feel the same as when you are stopped/engine off? I suspect what I'm feeling is normal, but want to confirm.

Thanks,
Chris

I shouldn't be chiming in because I have the SR5 with different wheels/tires. However, I have never felt any vibrations through the steering wheel at ANY speed or even when I'm stopped.

I was just getting ready to tell him that. Also, you have a Limited, so you have 20's on there as well.

Forgot that they now come with Geolanders. Anyway no vibration here in steering wheel with my limited just poor traction.

Maybe vibration was too strong of a word to use for the feeling I'm experiencing in the steering. It's more of a light buzz. I really only notice it if I look for it. It's not at all visible when looking at the steering wheel.

For those that have said no vibrations, do you feel ANY difference in the steering feel between engine off and moving?

From the research I've done on this site, it seems to be just a quirk with some of the 4Runners going all the way back to 3rd and maybe even 2nd generations.
