local shop( goosebumps) , conceptbuy.com units , paid 1200 out of the door , dual DVD, you can watch same movie or two different movies , listen through the car stereo or DVD headrest speakers or wireless headphones. Kids like it . They do look professional and like i said the color is the perfect match.

Very nice!! Would love to do that but no kids.....yet
Question though:
How does that affect the "Driver and front passenger active headrests" as one of the safety features of the 4R?
"Active headrests can help reduce the extent of whiplash in certain types of rear-end collisions."

My understanding of the "active headrest" is that it can pop up from the seat a little during crash or even rough terrain. I believe I ran across something like that while browsing the manual. Mercedes has a more true active headrest that does not allow for LCD installs.

I thought you had said you were getting Power Acoustik. Oddly enough, Power Acoustik does not list them on their website other than raw panels, so some other vendor is putting the panels in headrests and reselling them.
I had looked up the Concept CLD-700 on Amazon and they are like 120 each so yeah, you were getting ripped.
Also check out the Power Acoustik HDVD-93BG
I was quoted $799.00 + 150.00 installation on Rosen AV7500.
