Hi everyone! Trying to decide if I should do about a 3” lift. I have fox 2.5 with dsc adjusters and debating between fox 2.5 with dsc adjusters and 2.0 fox with adjusters for the rear.

Is the max lift for kdss 2.5-2.75” front and 1-1.5” rear? Does anyone have experience with going with a higher lift with kdss? I want to run 285s. Thanks in advance

'16 5th Gen 4Runner Lift

Hey All, new to the forum. Here's my lift 4Runner Trail Premium. Running those sick Old Man Emus BP-51s. Got about 3 inches of lift on both ends of the car.

Currently riding at 23" from the center hub to fender lip in the front and 25" in the rear. Upgrading tires soon

Pic wont upload, great 1st post

Here’s my Bilstein 6112/5100 setup. Gained 2” Front & 1” Rear w/ coil. OE UCA’s aligned within spec w/ 2.9 caster on both sides. No squeaks, improved ride and happy CV’s. Added 265/70/17 Falken AT3W in SL and have not noticed any drop in mpg. Very happy with this result for a DD.

Bilstein 6112 coil overs set at 3rd notch with Toytec 1/2 in spacers- SPC UCA - Rear Bilstein 5160 - Cornfed 3/4 rear Spacer
What is the thinking in having the collar on the third notch and adding a 3/4" spacer? Isn't that essentially the same as moving the perch up to a higher notch?

Our lease just ended on our 18 TRDORP and it's time for a lift. Black Rhino wheels and some 285/70/17 Wildpeaks have been ordered and I am in the process of figuring out the lift now.

I am currently leaning towards Bilstein 6112's up front and some 5100's out back and am deciding on rear coils (maybe wheeler's). I will also add in some upper control arms and a diff drop. Is this going to be enough to easily clear the 285's? I've searched but a lot of the info around here is about as clear as mud.

Rubbing will greatly depend on your wheels. Wheels play a bigger part than the lift does.
