I have the TE roof rack part numbers and prices from my local dealer.

The rail is PT278-89101 ($800), and the cross bars are PT278-89102 ($140) and there might be some other small hardware you have to buy depending on which model you have.

A word of caution, however. He said it would be months before they would be available to parts departments because they are being held back for the Trail Editions rolling off the lines. So you will most likely have to buy one from the TE owners who replaced theirs. I'd be selling mine if they weren't missing one of the 4 screws for the cross bars.

Wow that's expensive! How much would you want to sell for?

From what I have researched all 2010 4runner model roof racks mount the same way.

They should, it's the same 8 holes. What will be different are the little black brackets under the rails themselves and the bolts that hold them in place. The bolts should come with the rails, but I am not certain if the brackets are included or not.

As for selling mine... until I get the screw replaced, I doubt I would sell it. I just don't feel right handing my solution (temporarily held in place by a bolt and washer from Home Depot) off to someone else when they might not be able to replace it with the OEM screw. When I do sell it, I'll start at 50% of dealer price and see how it goes, but you'd likely get free delivery ;)
