gotcha. I need a retro asafp and these headlights with the side entry aren't helping me.

I spent quite a bit of time on this issue too. After the LS460s in my 2010, I simply couldn't abide the 2018s stock halogens.

Although they aren't LS-level, I concluded that using the IS350 was going to be the best I could do without a major renovation. LW sent me several comparison pics, of MLED, OEM with kit/lens, and (well-tuned) IS350.

LW did the work and tuning - and they're pretty damn good.

and pretty damn expensive. After having the retro on my 2010, then my Audi; having them on the new truck is a top priority.

Finally had a little extra time to grab a few quick pics of the wedge with gray fabric. If anyone is interested in this tent, please let me know! We have group buys going on for them!

As for what's in there, I have a tepui anti condensation pad for the Ayer, then the regular mattress, then a 3" memory foam topper, mattress cover, full size blanket & two compressible pillows. Everything compresses very nicely, the memory foam topper did have to be trimmed about an inch on all sides, but you can't tell there's a gap once your body lays on the mattress. So cozy!

Couple extra things added are the Baja rogue squadron sport amber wides in the fogs, also got tired of looking at the giant hole in my grill, did a satoshi.

Tailgate open

How does the Foxwing work out when the tail gate opens?
Can you simply lengthen the rear legs when you choose to deploy them to increase height or does it just lift up the back side of awning?

Finally got around to mounting my new awning! Got a hell of a deal, even though I had to drive 6 hours to go get it, on an Eezi Awn 270 Manta bat wing. Originally tried to use the Eezi Awn mounts on the prinsu, didn't work. With a little help from a few members, pulled the trigger on some Rhino Rack awning mounts. Had to drill a couple extra holes, but it all worked out great! Wedge RTT going on soon!

If you want to see how it deploys, peep the video on my instagram:

So the last arm sits right on the back of my rack and with the gate fully open it hits that last arm. The way I do it right now is, I did the Antman mod and added rear pull tab on the door, then used paracord and bungee cord to limit the travel of the rear gate. Everything that I need to get, I'll get it before I deploy the awning or use the rear window to access my fridge.

After a 4 year hiatus, I'M STILL HERE!!!

A lot has happened, 4runner was down for almost 2 years, drove a subaru around for a little bit lol. Had an ongoing electrical problem that no one could figure out. Ended up being the main dash harness had been getting wet/corroded causing electrical gremlins. Car would just shut off sometimes when driving (scary) or I would go out and come out to a dead car, lots of headaches. Harness was about $2k, labor was about $4k..... Moral of the story, keep your shit dry!!!!

But lot's of changes!! Went 35s, added an ARB rear locker, Nitro 4.88s, replaced all my Rigids/bajas with Diode Dynamics, finally retrofitted my headlights with morimoto m-LEDs, CBI skids, replaced my mag blue F5s with Advan RGD2s . Wrap is looking real ratty after 5 years, about to take that off, back to black.

I'm moving to Denver in a month, anyone down to meet up or wheel, hit me up!!

Nice to see one of the OG builds still alive on these forums. I think i watched your youtube video where you dedicated a bday to your vehicle way back in the day, it was inspiring!!!!
