Anyone Have Nitto Trail Grapplers

I have a set of 295/70/17 Nitto Trail Grapplers for my Trail Edition with a Toytec 3" Ultimate lift Kit. Anyone who has these can you give me some of your experiences with these tires and how you are liking them. Also if you had to do any trimming to fit these tires.

Thanks CG

Love the tires!

And yes there is a fair amount of trimming that has to be done to fit these. I had to do a body mount chop. If you do noy want to do a bunch of trimming and possible chop, I would think about getting a smaller size.

I really dont want to have to do any Trimming, Can anyone recommend the largest tire i can fit on a stock rim without doing trimming. I understand a few people are running 305's, did they also have to trim.

That is a big tire for the 4runner. There are some smaller sizes that should be coming out in December. If you don't want to wait you may have to pick a different tire.

A buddy of mine just bought those tires and loves them so far.

This tire is awesome! There's no way around it man, you will have to trim with this size and chop the body mount, they're 33.5". Mine are 33" and I needed to trim all the way across the front fender liner, but I did not need to chop the body mount. If you're dead set on not trimming, get a smaller tire or choose a different one.
