Did you need hub centric spacers for your Black Rhino wheels? I ordered some 106/112 rings for mine at the only place I could find, but they are not shallow enough to fit inside the recessed part of the wheel. Having a very hard time finding the right set.

No I have never used rings or spacers on any wheels. Just buy the correct lug nuts and the correct wheels

Not sure what you mean by correct wheels. Mine are the same manufacturer and the same hub bore as yours (112.1). Our 4Runner hubs are 106. You are not going to use a ring to center the wheels on the hubs?
I have heard different opinions on how important they really are. I'm leaning toward using them to take some stress off the studs, but am having a hard time finding them.

I guess its preference but lug centric wheels dont need rings. As far as wheels Im referring to all the people who buy spacers for their trucks instead of buying the correct wheels with the correct offset in the first place.

I bought some 1.25" spacers as I bought the wrong wheels, lol. Looks much better!

King taco is not talking about wheel spacers, he’s talking about hub spacers to center aftermarket wheels onto the hub. Manufactures make lug centric wheels bc they are trying to cut costs in manufacturing. It’s a very good idea to run hub spacers on wheels with the incorrect hub diameter.

I used them on my ProComp's.
Try Gorilla Automotive hubcentric rings -- I bought mine through Amazon.
Also, be aware they're fragile, mine came broken (snapped in half) so they sent me a new set.
My 2 cents: many high-speed vibrations on lug-centric installs are caused by lack of centricity on the hub. The driver and installer then go down a rabbit hole of wheel-balancing etc. when the problem could be solved for a few dollars using these rings.
Also, it's worth saying that the best scenario is simply to buy hubcentric wheels in the first place (that exactly fit the 4Runner hubs). I had to decide if I liked the ProComp's enough to "settle for" their lug-centricity. By adding the hubcentric rings, they effectively "become" hubcentric wheels.... problem solved.
