I've used a brand called "Gorilla" They're pretty good and come in different lug colors if you got black wheels for example. I think an ambitious thief would carry the master key set to any brand wheel locks but i've had these on my Nissan and 4Runner. I found the Nissan with all the lugs off one morning except for the Gorilla Locks they were still on and looks like they tried but couldn't get them off...whew, saved me from buying new rims.

I've never used the Gorilla lugs but that seems to be what everyone recommends on multiple boards. They are not cheap though!

From past experiences i can say that the cheaper brand locks tend to strip very easy. I had a tire repair guy strip the crap out of a lock with his impact gun and he wasn't even being rough on it. He recommended that if i was going with the less expensive ones like in the $20-30 range to take them off and lube them once in a while.

I've never had a problem with the locks I get at discount tire.

Another vote for Gorilla and those in your link are the ones I have except in black. Those in your second link match the lugs on the 4Runner so I would go with those.

Taper looks the same and a 12x1.5 is the size needed for our trucks.

Get the Toyota ones....they are covered under your warranty.
And don't trust your rotation, balance to anyone else but your local "trusted" tire guy.
