Got my 2011 TE on order and am planning ahead for slider installation. I wondered if anyone has pictures of RR & SW sliders before and during installation. Neither manufacturer's websites show the product except already installed, nor do they have any useful information about mounting. I'm wondering about position and use of mounting plates vs. "U" shaped mounts, use if gussets, number of mounting points, number of mounting bolts used, etc. RR mentions their product is engineered to "...mount along the subframe as well as along the body seam." How is the attachment made at the body seam? Does SW attach there also, and if so, what method do they use? SW stated the size and wall thickness of their materials but RR doesn't. Anyone have that info?

Any body in the St. Louis area that has these installed that I could talk into letting me look at?
