Vibration in gas pedal

Discovered this while going through the drive through line yesterday. While barely pressing the gas pedal, I felt a vibration/grinding feeling in the gas pedal. I tried this a few more times after and indeed it happens every time. I have not felt this before because the pressure applied to make this happen truly has to be about the smallest amount you could apply. I'm not familiar with how drive by wire pedals work but I'm guessing because the pressure is so low, there is some system that is having difficulty determining if it should engage or not and that is resulting in the vibration. Has anyone else noticed this? Would you mind trying it? Thanks!

Nevermind. Of course when I drove to work this morning, it didn't do it.

Did it stop?

I feel a very small vibration when going very slow through parking lots and what not. In the pedal. Did you ever figure out what the problem was? I have a 2018 with 2k miles on it.

I have the same thing in my 16, I would chalk it up to "being normal" I'm guessing its driveline/wheel vibration being transferred through and can only be felt when going very slowly.
