Those w/ full-length roof racks

How does the front of the rack attach to the roof. I know the rear attaches to the same points that the factory roof rack attaches but where on the front? I'm thinking about making a light bar for the roof, but don't really want the roof basket/rack to attach the lights to. Pictures of how it attaches would be great. Thanks

Pretty sure the full length racks use the two rear factory attachment points and the forward "attachment" points rest on the roof in the channel; they are not bolted in.

I dont have my rack yet, but here are the instructions for a Gobi Stealth. The front mounts only bolt to the rack- they are there to help support the load only. Check out page #5...
