Just to be sure about the Bilstein 5100...

I'm about to order them from Bilstein Canada but I just want to be sure I've got the right parts number.

Concerning the front, since the official 5th gen front are not available yet, do I need any bushing or additionnal parts for the install? I'm asking this because the nearest suspension shop is 900km away and I only go there 3-4 times a year so I don't want them to tell me they can't install them because a part is missing.

Thanks in advance!

Bump for this - I have the same question. Talked to ORW and they mentioned using a thick washer to make it fit. They mentioned it might be worth waiting for the officially compatible version.

I was told in the fall - but who really knows. I'm tempted to go ahead with the older ones, given the success most people have had with them, but I worry about premature failure using a kludge.

they fit fine.. what failure? the only thing that "might" be a problem is over time the washer may become loose and give noise.. at which time you replace the washer with the proper on "if" bilstein think it's needed to come out with a 5th gen specific part..

you can get 5100s today or wait for a product that may or may not come.. look at all the people with 5100s and toytec lifts that have 5100s .. lol you decide
