I don't know how trustable the source is, but it is the only one I've found:>>

Lc makes no sense. they are make lc in 2012, but calling them 2013? must be a redesign?

IMO ......If this article is correct .I would think they are probably pushed back because of the Earthquake disaster and the overall economic climate rather then a redesign.
They don't sell that many LC200's and 4Runners compared to their other vehicles anyways.

Japan is in turmoil right now and the reason their Prime Minister Naoto Kan resigned today .
That's the 5th one in the last 6 years. Maybe Obama will be the next to resign..... lol
And that's how the fight got started.

Then again .......maybe they're going to put the 4.6L V8 with the 6 speed tranny and need some more time for R&D.

According to latest Car & Driver, changes to 2012 4R are: "Entune becomes optional, and power running boards become optional."

Suggest you look for an '11 closest to your needs. I'd guess you'll pay close to MSRP for a special order '12 stripper. You can likely buy an '11 with some options close to same price.

Don't know how long you keep vehicles, but you may want to consider resale in this mix.
