MB V-Drive

Searched, found nothing. Anyone running MB V-Drive wheels? I had them on my 02 F350 and loved them. Curious how they would look on a 5th Gen.

Tire Rack doesnt even sell the wheels, and I know where to buy them. That's not what I asked at all, but thanks I guess.

They have several wheels that look very similar and you can "virtually" look at them on your truck.

I checked out the virtual wheel thing on Discount Tire's website. They look good on there, but I was hoping to find someone actually running them. I am looking at some 17x8.5s in chrome and some Spidertrax for my BP SR5. I think they would look nice, but still unsure.

IMO it would look pretty good. I'm not a chrome guy or a "mixed" black and machined guy. But it looks like a decent wheel, and if you like it, you should get it.
Might be kinda nice to not have anyone else running them. Makes your truck "yours".

My local Discount Tire set me up with 20s and 17s in these wheels this afternoon. I chose the 17s and they are getting road force balanced now. I will post some pics after install. The 20s looked great, but not enough sidewall for me.

Very nice. I think I like them because they are different.

Thanks! I love them. I wish they came in an 18, I think that would have been perfect size. 20s were just too big for me, cut the sidewall down to about 5". I do not do anything crazy offroad, but we do occasionally go out and play and 2" is the difference between destroying a wheel and scuffing a tire.

First time doing some moderate offroading on some primitive forest service roads, glad I got the 17s! This rock would have destroyed a 20!

Part of one of the roads. This was around 6 miles worth of crawling through rocks.

I like them a lot more dirty

No good action shots because my fiance refused to get out and take any after I found a few fresh bear tracks.
