Should I wait for 12'?

I'm considering purchasing a new 4Runner. However, I don't know if I should wait for the 12's. I would kick myself in the butt if I bought one now, and then the 12's had what I want. Which is Blue or Dark Green. But I don't like Shoreline. I love the Blue Ribbon color though. And also LED taillights, and projector HID headlights. Anyone know of the minor changes I read were happening?

Don't expect LED taillights or projector headlights until the midcycle refresh.

If you are interested in the Toyota Entune system (uses your smart phone's data line for built in apps), then you should wait. I don't know of any color changes, but I wouldn't expect any.

I wouldn't wait. You will be waiting for a while and get little new in return with a weaker bargaining position vs a 2011.

Even if so, I'd bet $$ they'll be halogens, not hid.

Hmm... Multiple sights said two new color options for 12's. I'll have to find them again, not that they are trust worthy or anything. Still feel in a pickle.

Well that stinks. Hm, well it's between Blizzard Pearl and Salsa Red Pearl SR5's with sand beige interior then. Sunroof, and leather. And I really like the 2009 LIMITED wheels from the 4th Gen that someone put on their silver 5th gen. I may do that too.

Colors aren't changing, but at least the radio option is for the SR5. I'd rather spend a couple grand more on a new zero mileage SR5 than tear the dash apart and upgrade my current one.

With strong resale, I hope to be able to sell/trade and get a '12, but really need to do it before EOY for tax purposes if possible.

Whatever I get will have the same tan leather interior, may just get another BP/tan or Salsa red.

Hmm...according to this: Toyota: What's New for 2012

The 2012 4Runner will have power retractable running boards.
