Basic Demographics of 5G 4Runner Owners
So the thread "Am I the oldest 4Runner owner" has got me thinking. I will be happy to start a series of informal polls to get a feel of the elementary demographics of 5G owners. I am curious and I am sure others are too. I will poll:
Age
Location
Education
Model of 4Runner
Mods
I will tabulate the results later so everyone can get a feel of who and what actually posts here. First one up is age.

San Francisco Bay Area!!!
33/M
AA and BS -
2011 4runner LE, purchased July '11
All stock with some factory accessories, chrome exhaust tip, hood deflector, running boards and roof rack. One thing that is aftermarket is the aFe reusable dry air filters - it improves my mpg by about 2 mpg.

Do the Afe reusable dry air filters really increase your mpg by 2 mpg? I would be interested in that. What is the difference from the regular air filter? And, does the extra cost of these filters, in your subjective opinion, worth the gain in mpgs? I would definitely be interested in hearing.

If something as simple as an air filter increased a vehicle's gas milage by 10% with no detrimental effects don't you think Toyota would install them as original equipment? Oh yes they would.
