Need some links for getting my 285s to fit at stock height

I just sold my stock tires to a guy that's coming to pick them up on Friday but the problem is that the only set of tires I have to put on is my 285s that I have waiting for my lift. I'm stock height right now so I need to do some BFH'n. I'm not looking to cut anything so if I can't take care of it with a BFH then I don't want to do it. Does anybody know of a few links to get me going on exactly where the rubbing areas are? I can't seem to find the right words to use for searching. Your help would be greatly apprecitated.
