I installed my 1.5" daystar spacers several months ago. It was a huge pain....but only for one reason: I didn't use a jack to jack up the opposite side of the axle that I was working on. Since I didn't do that, I had to use spring compressors, and have my dad stand on a drum and push down as hard as he could on the side I WAS working on to try and get the clearance to put them back in.

Take the lower shock bolts out, disconnect the sway bar and the panhard bar, and make sure you don't break the brake line. Other than that, it should be too bad.
