Yes it's the bi-xenon (Hi/low combo). All inclusive - projectors, shrouds, bulbs, ballasts, plug and play wiring harness, labor and shipping was just a hair under $700. Given the professionalism of the proprietor, and that he did my Subaru lights, which I was perpetually impressed by the whole time I owned the car, the are totally worth it.
If anyone is interested in doing this, I have a set of lights that I have been using in the interim that I'll be looking to get rid of once I get these installed - PM me for details.
