I envy you guys who have been able to get rid of the clunk just by hitting the zerks. I have gone so far as to pull the shaft apart to clean and grease the splines but the clunk is still there. I have heard some guys have had luck hitting the splines with some emory cloth to smooth things out so that may be the next step.....or I may just learn to deal with it. Great truck but man the clunk is frustrating.
