The Honda Pilot and whatever the smaller one is also I think have a lockable rear diff. They use a torque vectoring diff. IIRC if both clutches are locked - it's fully locked. It's actually a very neat differential. It also has a 2 speed planetary gearset on the front end. So the rear diff alone can have as many as 4 different gear ratios and also fully lock or torque vector.
The Rav4 also has a torque vectoring rear diff, but I don't think it can fully lock up. It's quite a bit different design from the Honda. Honda has a spool that then sends power to each side planetary and the clutches adjust for speed difference. Toyota uses a center differential and then planetaries on each side so the Toyota can be active or passive. The Honda cannot be passive. The Toyota version can operate at 2 different gear ratios and/or torque vector (overspeed one side).
I'd guess the jeep diff has something like the Honda version than can fully lock.
Frankly - it's kinda hard to imagine a situation where you'd really benefit from torque vectoring in any of these crossovers. So I'm not sure why Toyota would put an expensive complex torque vectoring rear diff in a 205hp front wheel drive biased Rav4. But they do for who knows what purpose.
