In my area, one Lexus dealership has no new GX460s. They have a certified used 2023 GX460 with 9k miles for $65k and a certified used 2021 GX460 with 42k miles for $52.5k

This GX has been for sale since it hit the first dealer it was at (it's at dealer number 2 now) for 1,021 days. That means it was delivered around November of 2021. It's been sitting for just shy of 3 years unsold. The lot plan financing on it has likely reached ~ $10k by now. It should have had at least 3 oil changes by now although surely it's never been serviced. But - the main point is that this is a dog that they can't move and it's growing hair.
I'd bet if you called that dealer and offered $50k, you'd drive it home. I'd email an offer something like this:
Hi salesperson - I'm interested in this 2022 GX. It's a November 2021 delivery that is approaching 3 years for sale, about 18 months on your lot. It's not growing hair - it has a full beard. A new model has been on lots for a while now and prices are softening. There are dozens of stale GX460's still sitting on lots. If you're willing to meet me at a reasonable price I might be agreeable to move it off your lot. I'm at $50k plus tax and I'd require it be serviced prior to deliver due to the age of the fluids being well beyond the service intervals already.
Contact Info.
That's how I'd do it. YMMV. Don't be bashful about lowballing dealers on these old GXs. There's a ton of them still sitting unsold. You could just copy and paste most of your email to the dozen or 20 oldest GXs sitting and I'd be surprised if you don't get a call from all of them, but also probably get at least one to bite at $50k. And one is all you need.
Good luck!
