Do I need diff drop and/ or panhard drop?

Looking for some advice. I am doing a very mild lift on my 99 T4R. I have front 99 tall springs and will be adding Toytec 1/4 in spacers. In the rear I'm doing OME 906's with 10mm spacers. Bilstien HD's at all 4 corners.

Very mild lift. Just trying to figure out if it's worth it to do the front diff drop and/or panhard drop too. What donyou guys think? I'm running Duratracs 265/75/16.
