I know the guys at my Toyota Dealership but I know that they won't give any "complimentary service". Instead I found a better solution to having it fixed.

Brought the 4Runner to my Lexus dealership instead. Not only was the diagnostic charge CHEAPER than my Toyota dealership, but I get a free Lexus loaner too
